Hello! It is four days till I head to Georgia for a weeklong training leading into 3 weeks in Guatemala. Over the span of my life, I have had a passion for missions, and I am in awe of the opportunities that God has blessed me with. In the past few days of preparation, it has brought me back to the days of preparing for Brazil. I had just graduated high school, and I was ready for a new adventure. I was in a state of amazement of the Lord because of how he had orchestrated the entire trip. I had reached my financial goal in two Sundays from my tiny church and ended up with triple what I needed. My passport had also come in record time. It was one of the first times in my life where I got to see God work in a personal way. I also realized that He really did care about the desires of my heart and that He heard my prayers. I am so excited for this trip, and I am looking forward to see what God teaches me through these experiences. I'm also excited to meet my teammates and those who I will be serving. Please pray for me as I embark on this new journey and that I would have the strength and energy to do the daily work. Also, be praying that my hands would be open to the things that He has laid out for me.
